The Special Edition Urban Tiger Fireblade was produced in limited numbers and only available at a few dealerships. Released in July 2014 the Urban Tiger Fireblade paid tribute to the 1994 CBR900RR Urban Tiger Fireblade and was the 20th anniversary of the paint scheme. The upgraded Fireblade not only had a special limited-edition livery but received a number of upgrades which includes a special edition Akrapovič exhaust, upgraded cylinder head and revised PGM-DSFI settings boosting top-end power and mid-range torque. Optional extras include a Rentec passenger grab handle and R&G rear paddock stand bobbins.
